An introduction to the negotiating process, targeted at those individuals who are about to start negotiating, who provide support to lead negotiators or who have to negotiate only within a very strict set of guidelines or parameters.

The Gold Standard in negotiation skills training around the world, delivering permanent, consistent and measurable results. The Advanced programme is appropriate to anyone who has authority to negotiate or vary the terms of any arrangement.  Indeed anyone who negotiates details on price, timing, priority, specification, employment, etc can benefit.

Scotwork One Day Refresher

 

One key message that comes out of the Scotwork Advanced Negotiation programme is that negotiation is a skill, and like all skills the more you practise the better you will get.

Many past participants and their managers want more opportunity to understand the skills and practise them and a refreshing 68% want more training from Scotwork. The Scotwork One Day Refresher course allows them to do just that.

Our Negotiators

Derrick O'Hagan

Derrick O'Hagan started Scotwork in South Africa in 1992. Since then the company has grown from 8 programmes in the first year to running in excess of 60 programmes per year.

Kevin Tessendorf

Kevin joined Scotwork South Africa in 1996 after a career in management in the engineering and food service industries.
