One key message that comes out of the Scotwork Advanced
Negotiation programme is that negotiation is a skill, and like all
skills the more you practice the better you will get.

understand the skills and crucially practice them and a refreshing

The refresher course is open only to those who have completed
the Scotwork Advanced Negotiating skills course.
